Elmquist advises executive leadership at Libsyn, the world’s largest podcast publisher, and previously co-founded leading private podcast and production company Fieldcast. His work bridges narrative strategy, digital innovation, and sustainable growth—helping institutions, public profiles, and new ventures connect with audiences, scale impact, and unlock value.
In 2025, Elmquist joined Gannett.Partners as Operator in Residence, where he advises and co-builds ventures at the convergence of the creator economy, media, and education.
